LAUNCHING TODAY · UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION

The EU is failing to defend itself.

We are a private UK entity created to close the gap left by the Commission, the Ombudsman and the uneven application of EU law — funding litigation and political opposition to the far right in every country where it poses a real risk. Every claim on this page carries a source you can check. We start today, from zero.

EU VOTERS

(a) WHY NOW

The window is closing

Enforcement of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union has stalled where it matters. Citizen complaints sit with the Ombudsman for years. The same rule means something different in every member state. Meanwhile the far-right vote share across Europe has grown nearly fivefold since the mid-1990s and climbed steeply in the last three years. Sixty years of progress is not self-defending, and it is not reversed all at once — it goes one classroom quota, one citizenship clock, one coalition deal at a time.

01

Commission inaction on Treaty enforcement. We fund the cases it will not bring.

02

An Ombudsman backlog that leaves citizen complaints unanswered for years.

03

Incoherent implementation of EU law across twenty-seven member states.

(b) FRONT LINES

Every country where the far right poses a risk

🇪🇺 European UnionCRITICAL

Enforcement

Almost one in four European voters now backs a far-right party — a share that has grown nearly fivefold since the mid-1990s. We fund the Treaty enforcement the Commission will not bring and press the Ombudsman on the citizen complaints left unanswered for years.

🇬🇧 United KingdomCRITICAL

Litigation · £72m

In one weekend in September 2026, Reform UK announced £72m from two crypto billionaires — £36m from Christopher Harborne, based in Thailand, and £36m from Ben Delo, based in Hong Kong. We fund the legal and regulatory challenge to those donations, and oppose Reform ever taking power.

🇩🇪 GermanyCRITICAL

Ban proceedings

113 cross-party members of the Bundestag have signed a motion for AfD ban proceedings, and a 13-month legal study by the Gesellschaft für Freiheitsrechte concluded such an application would likely succeed. No constitutional body has yet filed. We fund the work that gets it to Karlsruhe.

🇫🇷 FranceCRITICAL

2027 presidency

Marine Le Pen leads the field for the 2027 presidential election in most tested scenarios. We fund opposition from the first round to the last constituency of the runoff.

🇮🇹 ItalySEVERE

Classroom caps

Giorgia Meloni has announced a statutory cap on foreign pupils per class, after education minister Valditara moved to enforce a 30% classroom limit by circular — in a country where foreign pupils average about 12% of enrolment. We fund the legal and political challenge.

🇭🇺 HungarySEVERE

Accountability

Orbán's Fidesz lost office in April 2026. The foreign ministry now alleges that Orbán-era officials turned discretionary naturalisation into a paid product for applicants with no Hungarian ties, brokered for CAD 30,000–50,000 and waved through on consular recommendation letters; police have separately opened a criminal investigation into the old residency-bond scheme. We fund the push for full disclosure and prosecution.

🇵🇹 PortugalSEVERE

Golden Visa

A nationality law passed with Chega's support doubled the route to citizenship from five years to ten, with no transitional regime and a clock that only starts when AIMA finally issues the residence card. Nine law firms have filed an Ombudsman complaint for 1,260 golden-visa investors and a collective action against the State is under way.

🇮🇪 IrelandELEVATED

Citizenship clock

The Irish Nationality and Citizenship (Amendment) Bill 2026 would raise reckonable residence from five years to eight, add language and civics tests and a self-sufficiency requirement, and allow revocation on national-security grounds. We fund the scrutiny and the opposition to it.

🇪🇸 SpainELEVATED

Bloc majority

The PP–Vox bloc has crossed 50% in national polling for the first time in three years, putting an absolute majority within reach at the next general election. We fund opposition where Vox already shapes regional migration and equality policy.

(c) LITIGATION & ACCOUNTABILITY

We deploy capital, not slogans

WORKING FILE 01

The £72m question

Ministers are weighing a £100,000 cap on donations from those based overseas, backdated to March 2026, plus enhanced residency checks. We fund the legal and regulatory work to test whether Reform UK can keep the twin £36m donations.

WORKING FILE 02

Get the AfD to Karlsruhe

Only the Bundestag, Bundesrat or federal government can file. 113 MPs have signed; the expert case has been written. We fund the evidence work and the campaign to turn a motion into an application.

WORKING FILE 03

Open the consulate files

Hungary's foreign ministry alleges EU citizenship was handed to applicants with no Hungarian ties through a discretionary route brokered for a fee. We fund the disclosure, the review of affected citizenships, and the prosecutions that should follow.

WORKING FILE 04

Stop the ten-year clocks

Portugal doubled naturalisation to ten years with no transitional regime. The UK proposes doubling indefinite leave to remain from five years to ten. Ireland moves from five to eight. We fund the challenges and the transitional protections.

(f) TRANSPARENCY

SEU SPV (Save the EU SPV) is a private UK entity, TLS SPV Ltd, created to raise funds to oppose the radical right across the EU and the United Kingdom and to deploy that capital in political donations and litigation.
